2. Description of Service
Zoju provides an automated English exam preparation platform that offers practice sessions, scoring, and personalised feedback across all four skills: Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking. Zoju helps users prepare for exams such as the IELTS®, among others.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of English exam preparation. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service or its AI components.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Zoju platform are owned by Zoju and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zoju provides AI-generated feedback for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific IELTS scores or outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
8. Trademark Notice
IELTS® is a registered trademark jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Zoju is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the IELTS partners. Score estimates and feedback provided by Zoju are generated by independent AI systems and should be treated as approximate proficiency indicators, not official examination results.
